1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country.

- Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Damaged Orders:
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
